PRIVACY NOTICE
How website inquiry information is handled.
Effective September 1, 2026
Information collected
The website audit form asks for a business name, business email, website address, service area, website problem, service priority, and consent to respond. Technical service providers may also process routine request data such as IP address, browser details, and timestamps for security and delivery.
How it is used
The information is used to review the website, prepare the requested response, decide whether the project fits, prevent abuse, and maintain necessary business records. It is not sold.
Service providers
The website is hosted on Netlify. Form data may be processed and stored by Netlify so the request can be delivered and reviewed. Email providers may process messages sent in response. Their handling is governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Retention and deletion
Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the request, follow-up, security, legal obligations, or a resulting client relationship. To request access, correction, or deletion, email dylanland09@gmail.com. Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, or accounting reasons.
Security and sensitive information
Reasonable steps are used to limit access, but no online service can promise absolute security. Do not submit passwords, payment card details, private customer records, or other sensitive information through the audit form.
